Tessu Systems is a part of Absolent Air Care Group (plc) . Tessu Systems is a total supplier of air treatment installations for industrial kitchens and a specialist in industrial kitchen ventilation in the broadest sense of the word.
They are a specialist in industrial kitchen ventilation and deliver a complete program with which a perfect and healthy working environment can be realized in all cases; from complete ventilation systems, deodorization technology and air treatment to customized productions for various companies in the hospitality, industry, and services. Through expert advice, intensive project management and an excellent service unit, delivers only reliable, high-quality installations. The systems are developed and produced entirely in-house. They are distinguished by durability, completeness and reliability.
The current size of the company is €11mln with 50 employees located in Almere and is a profitable business and has experienced significant growth in recent years. The business has already integrated manufacturing and merged physically. The strategic ambition is to aim for revenue growth of 20% a year.
The total number of employees in the Netherlands is currently 50; this includes sales representatives, operations and other employees in the office including management, back-office functions, and technical and specification support.
The position
Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Track all business-related invoices
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Candidate profile
Skills and qualifications
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing sales or marketing teams 5 years or more in a manager role.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in business, marketing
