Tasks & responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develops an account plan and sales strategy for the identified key account that ensures attainment of the company’s revenue targets
  • Primary focus of Account Management with push to acquire & grow TCS business in existing Banking and Financial Services account. Relationship management along with managing the Customer throughout the entire deal process, creates compelling business solutions, presenting and proposing winning bids
  • Leading sales pursuits and contributing to BFS sales pursuits

Candidate profile

  • At least 10 years of Sales/Pre Sales experience
  • Experience of operating in a Sales leadership capacity within a Global Services environment is an advantage
  • Must be able to seek out, identify, shape and qualify target deals and then lead the Customer through the early phases of the engagement life-cycle, targeting key stakeholders both inside the Customer’s organization as well as within TCS
  • Previous leadership experience within a key or large Account environment
  • Thrives in a team environment, committed to pulling together to deliver challenging goals and enjoys shared success
  • Excellent written and verbal command over Dutch and English language

Terms & conditions

The salary indication for this position is € 140.000 (fixed), plus a variable bonus.
