Business Development Manager (search & recruitment)

The organisation

Our client offers global Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) services to for example recruitment agencies. It is a USA based company that is expanding in Europe rapidly. For their office in Amsterdam they are looking for multiple Business Development Manager for different divisions (Search & recruitment services, RPO/MSP, staffing services and compliance/contracting/consulting organisations.

The position

The Business Development Manager (BDM) – Search & Recruiting is responsible for new business strategy and revenue generation. The BDM will be responsible for driving sales results for the Company’s search and recruiting line of business through building the sales strategy, devising sales tactic, and creating and selling new business. In a direct reporting relationship, they work with the Vice President of Business Development in executing on a sales plan which provides a clear roadmap to achieving the region’s and staffing segments sales goals. This individual will be responsible for developing regional sales solutions strategies to increase long-term market share. The Business Development Manager is a brand ambassador and will strive to increase exposure of the brand across EMEA. The position requires travel across EMEA and the other European offices.

Candidate profile

To be successful as Business Development Manager Search & Recruitment, you have a Bachelor degree and 5-7 years B2B new business development experience in the world of recruitment. You have a successful track record of consistently achieving revenue, profit, and market share targets. You speak and write fluently English.

Our client offers you an excellent base salary, with good secondary conditions. A company car is not part of the package, but you will receive a car allowance.
