The position

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be joining a young and international team of 35 FTE. The company was founded in 2017 and has been growing ever since. Their cutting-edge solution enables companies to analyze and optimize their businesses. 
The Partner Development Manager is an essential and new position in the organization.

Tasks & responsibilities

You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a partner program, which results in a solid revenue stream. You will work closely with a highly experienced sales team and a team of very experienced data scientists. 

As a Partner Development Manager, you will define your own strategy and negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective partners. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing all the processes that lead to a successful partnership experience.

Candidate profile

Your background:

• 10+ years relevant B2B sales/partnership experience in IT software
• An analytical sales mindset and experience in consultative selling
• Has managed large accounts to C-level stakeholders and capable of network with all relevant influencers 
• Ability to develop a value market proposition with current and prospective partners
