The organisation
Nobel Executive Search have been engaged by one of the most exciting tech scale ups in the world with over 1 Billion monthly users of the product. We are delighted to work with this business yet again and excited to secure the Chief Sales Officer to lead the charge on the next stage of their growth – $50M ARR and beyond.
The position
This person will have demonstrated success in scaling sales, account management, and operations within a hyper-growth SaaS environment. You will be tasked with defining and executing a business plan to achieve our client’s revenue goals, determining the growth strategy, and aligning cross-functionally to drive our vision as a company.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Own the revenue goals
- Motivate, mentor and inspire a team of 35 people consisting of sales leaders, AEs, AMs, ISRs, SDRs, operations, and enablement.
- Define and manage GTM strategy to acquire new customers while retaining and expanding across existing customers.
- Plan accurate and scalable forecasting across both short and long sales cycles.
- Collaborate with our product team to help influence the future of Stream’s offerings and direction. We are customer obsessed!
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on supporting the sales process.
- Hire the best talent available around the world to meet the demands of our customers.
Candidate profile
- You are above all, a kind an empathetic leader who views their team’s success as their own.
- You consider yourself a subject matter expert in sales, sales process and methodology, and delivering key sales results within a product-led market.
- You build relationships through trust and inspiration.
- You are customer obsessed and continually look to ensure the sales organisation is adopting the same approach.
- 10+ years’ experience working in a global, hyper-growth SaaS environment and have ideally taken a business from scale to liquidity.
- Very strong business ethics and a passion for developing people.
- A track record of achieving sales targets consistently both as a leader and individual contributor.
- A clear passion for technology and understanding how innovations can positively impact customers.
- Strong exposure selling a technical product to personas like product managers and developers.
- Experience closing deals worth $100k to $1M in ACV.
- A passion for creating best in class processes, teams and results.
- Expert knowledge of sales methodologies and processes in software sales and sales coaching.
- A data driven mindset when it comes to achieving results.
