Levi9 Technology Services is one of the leading nearshore IT service providers with Delivery Centres in Eastern Europe and Head Office in Amsterdam. Levi9 was founded in 2005 by Menno de Jong and Bernhard van Oranje, who are still actively involved in the company.

Levi9 develops IT solutions together with their customers, in order to generate a competitive advantage. Its goal is to allow their customers to focus on their core business and not on their IT systems. Levi9 supports customers in their R&D process, defines software architectures, develops software and tests and maintains systems and applications. Levi9 develops in a smart way, by focusing on effectivity through the right functionality and on efficiency through proven technology, open source solutions and 3rd party services.

The position

To ensure Levi9's growing position in the Dutch Market, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Director. Reporting to the CEO, this person will be responsible for all Levi9's sales and commercial activities.

Candidate profile

• Self-motivated, flexible, agile, inspirational leader;
• Proven sales experience, with a strong reputation on meeting and exceeding targets;
• Demonstrable experience in developing customer specific, differentiated, and achievable solutions;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch as well as English;
• Experience with people management and coaching skills;
• Total professional experience of 15 – 25 years;
• Expertise in IT software developing, and cloud services is desirable;
• Well educated, with strong intellectual skills, capable of developing relationships at all levels within client organizations and understanding complex business issues;
• International experience would be a plus, fluency in English is required;
• Collaborative team player who enjoys achieving results through people rather than independently; a “winning through others” mindset - rather than a desire for personal self-promotion.
