The position

EasyScan is looking for an experienced commercial manager who is responsible for all commercial activities. An ambitious and commercial manager who is the key person in the management team. Reporting to the CEO and responsible for the growth and success of the international sales & marketing organisation in the short and long term. The Commercial Manager’s key responsibility is to identify, drive and close new sales opportunities in selected international markets. He or she oversees all the activities of the local sales and marketing staff in various markets.

Candidate profile

  • Senior level international sales experience preferably with focus on healthcare subjects in combination with retail
  • Proven track record in developing, growing and leading a sales organisation
  • Solid understanding of the world of opticians and optometrists
  • Commercial skills & leadership
  • Intrinsic motivation to build a company and manage an international team with an entrepreneurial mind and focus on the result
  • Strong in strategic planning in combination with implementation in day-to-day business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree

Terms & Conditions

  • Work from Rijswijk or home office, often in different locations
  • Travel to customers, visit stakeholders, attend conferences and events
