The position

This position gives you full autonomy to drive success in EMEA. You are backed with a product that disrupted the way big banks do business. Your objective? To make sure they succeed in the new digital landscape. It is clear to you, that driving engagement results in increased revenue for your brand.

Tasks & responsibilities

As the new A-player, you will strategize the way your department approach the market. Your team members will learn from your advice and also from working right next to you on the field. You certify your team develops to high-end Customer Success professionals, as well as nurturing relationships with C-level executives.

Our client is looking for someone who also wants to manage accounts through the SaaS landscape and ultimately, leading by example. This lets you stay close to the action, identifying an ideal customer journey and translate that into customer value.
Your main focus will be to define and tailor the strategy for local markets, advising your team by and certify they are constantly adding to their skillsets.

Candidate profile

• Proven track-record in the fintech sector
• Proven leadership experience & working regularly with C-level executives
• History to perform in a high demanding sector
• Excellent client relationship skills, team leadership abilities

The offer

• An annual salary between €150.000 - 200.000
