Datacom Solution Sales Manager

The organisation

Our client, Huawei, is the largest telecommunications equipment maker, offering networking/telecommunications equipment and services.

The position

In this position, you will be covering the whole Middle East market from Dubai. You will be responsible for techincal sales of Huawei datacom (Router, Ethernet Switch, WiFi, Security Products) products and solutions:

• Market analysis, identify and expand sales opportunities of datacom products and solutions
• Solution localization and customization to match the enterprise customers' requirements
• Sales project support, including pre / in technical exchanges, product solutions production, lectures, project guidance and planning, make and audit technical proposals, configuration, quote, complete the technical answer, etc. in bidding
• Branding events support, including marketing event planning and support, writing media articles, building model points, etc.

Candidate profile

• 7+ years experience, and having successful project cases
• Solid knowledge in IPv4/IPv6 Routing and Ethernet Switching protocols, MPLS, VPN techlologies, etc.
• Proficient in router, Ethernet switch, WIFI working principle
• Solid knowledge in network security, such as Firewall, IDS, IPS, Anti-virus, etc,
• Proficient in products of mainstream vendors
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Pre-sales technical support experience in such companies is preferred: HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.
• Excellent written communications and presentation skills, excellent collaboration skills
