Job profile:
Due to consistent rapid growth, our client is hiring a Director EMEA Lead Generation for her EMEA headquarters. We are looking for an ambitious, creative and metrics-driven marketing and sales leader to lead their demand generation programs, grow qualified opportunities and pipeline for their rapidly growing sales team and to fuel their rapid sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing programs and campaigns to increase leads and produce qualified opportunities and pipeline for the sales team.
- Lead and manage the inside sales staff including directing lead generation & sales efforts, daily performance monitoring, managing staff to a specific sales quota, coaching, team building, goal setting, and professional development.
- Manage marketing and sales funnel to optimize program effectiveness and sales results. Work with sales team to ensure seamless alignment of goals, expectations and execution.
- Lead EMEA demand generation and field marketing team and work with global marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation programs.
- Initiate and manage field marketing activities and events and support global marketing communications strategy with local activities.
- Manage third-party contractors, vendors, staff and cross-functional teams.
Job requirements:
- 5-10 years of demand generation experience, preferably in software, SaaS or cloud markets.
- Extensive track record in the designing and implementing of successful marketing programs, consistently generating and growing qualified leads in the Netherlands, UK and other European countries.
- Strong track record leading inside/tele sales teams for lead qualification and development and metrics driven performance management.
- Experience with multi-channel sales models and demonstrated success in effectively working with the sales team including both direct sales and channel partners.
- Extensive experience in market segmentation, database marketing and list management. Experience developing, optimizing and managing the sales funnel utilizing CRM and e-marketing systems.
- E-mail marketing and online marketing lead generation strategy experience, including syndicated media channels, affiliate marketing and PPC.
- Field marketing experience including localization of programs, organizing tradeshow participation as well as developing other events and user conferences.
- Experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports and a history of productive vendor relationships.
- Relevant degree.
