Director of Loan Sales

The organization

Our client is one of the biggest global banks, located in the Netherlands.

The position

As Director of Loan sales you are responsible for the entire operation regarding syndicated loan sales. You will be selling a wide spread of loan products and find counter parties to share the loans with. You will also keep an overview of the pipeline and build a team focused on this. This is a new position, meaning that you will be building the team from scratch, you can use the foundation from other countries.

Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you have an education within credit analysis. Also, you have experience with Asset management and Loan sales, especially syndicated loan sales. You are a team builder and can focus on the strategic side of the team whilst keeping an eye on the biggest accounts. You have a fluent understanding of English written and spoken, French and Spanish can be very helpful.

The offer

The organisation offers you a competitive salary according to experience up to € 140.000 a year based on 40 hours per week with a 13th month and a bonus/commission structure. You get 29 vacation days per year, a commuting allowance and a pension scheme.
