The organisation

This FinTech company has over 5000 clients world-wide, of which most of them are listed Enterprises. They have 4 business units (SaaS brands) and pride themselves on creating state of the art SaaS technology.
Currently they are rapidly expanding their 150 FTE team across several European offices in places like Paris, Milan and Stockholm. Their headquarter is based in Amsterdam where most of the executive team is based.

The position

Tasks & responsibilities

This company has the goal to generate 25% of the company’s revenue through partnerships. They are now not even close to that number so there is a big challenge, or opportunity, depending on how you see it! Each business unit has their own sales team, their own target markets and own revenue leader. In this role, it is your mission to create and implement an overarching partner strategy, including technology, integration and channel partnerships.

Additionally, the director will maintain relationships with key partners, monitor performance metrics, and work closely with internal teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with company objectives. Staying informed about industry trends, conducting market research, and leading a team of partnership managers are also crucial responsibilities.

Candidate profile

• At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Track record in partnerships strategy
• Great relationship building skills
• Great leadership abilities

The offer

• Up to €100k base annual salary, depending on experience
• Up to 20% bonus of the annual salary p/y
• 14% pension (company contribution)
