Position description: 

The Director Solutions is very ‘client focused’ by creating unconditional satisfied customers (customer intimacy/ customer satisfaction) and responsible for (solution) selling our client's full product and service lines to new and existing customers in Public segments.

The Director Solutions Public will be part of the Management Team and responsible for an overall quota of $80m. In addition, the Director Solutions Public will guide and lead a team (40-50 fte) consisting of solution architects, technical sales managers, storage- and network specialists among others.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification preferred (HBO+);
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and people management experience, developing and implementing Go-to-Market solutions strategies within similar organizations;
• Experienced and proficient at selling Solutions and Managed/ IT Services;
• Previous experience within the Public vertical is a must;
• Well-developed network in the Enterprise environment;
• Manages and develops Systems consultant Managers;
• Drives the field technical sales organization to meet or exceed all enterprise objectives through the effective management of account executives, inside teams, and other resources;
• The potential or preferably the experience to lead a strong sales team;
• Experience or a good understanding of the new developments in service offerings and solutions;
• Helps coordinate operations and manage the technical relationship between inside and field sales personnel Strong negotiation skills;
• Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing Systems Consultants;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Excellent remuneration package.
