Enterprise Account Executive – Benelux & Nordics

The organisation

This fast growing scale-up is the market leader in internal communication software. Their tool helps mid-market and large enterprises such as T-Mobile, DHL, and the NBA to innovate their internall comms. Instead of using multiple different solutions and apps, companies can have their own branded app for chat, content creation, campaigns, surveys, email, and analytics.

Having secured €145m in their Series D funding, this company is looking at enormous growth. With 6 offices worldwide and 350 FTE, they are looking to scale their Amsterdam team from 30 to 60 by next year. Their solution has proven to be extremely solid with a churn rate of less than 1%, which is one of the lowest in SaaS, period.

The position

As Enterprise Account Executive you will focus on companies with a minimum of 5000 FTE. The solution can be tailored for many different companies and industries including Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, as well as Logistics, Automotive and Energy.

As a consultative salesperson with multiple years closing major deals, you will build your pipeline together with a BDR, and become the expert on employee communication and engagement strategies. You will close business and drive revenue, work closely with marketing and CSM, and have that hunter mentality needed to become a top performer.

The Benelux and Nordics will be your playground, meaning fluent in English is required and speaking either Dutch or a Nordic language is preferred. Ideally you have experience in a start-up environment at a SaaS company.

Candidate profile

• Experience in selling a disruptive SaaS solution
• Track record of €50K+ Enterprise ARR deals
• Consultative seller with an outbound mindset
• Experience in a start-up / scale-up environment is preferred
• Fluent in English + either Dutch or 1 Nordic language preferred
