The organisation

European Technology leader in the Marketing Automation Space, based in Copenhagen. They have strong global expansion plans. The company has been some years on the market, went IPO and now in an expansion phase.
Currently the team is international and consists of 70 FTEs, led by a very experienced management team and in a good and secure financial situation.

The position

As a Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible of a greenfield project. Launching in Norway and Sweden. While also covering Denmark with another AE.
This role would require sweat and tears at times, therefore, if you had experience with greenfield projects, it would be ideal.
Clients for example are Amedia, TV2 Norge, Colorline, Morrow Bank, FitnessWorld, Miinto etc.
Deal sizes €65k ARR and cycles 4-6 months.
Sales are done with Channels and Direct. Therefore, having a large network would get you off the line fast. Value Selling methodology and Salesforce as CRM system.
You will be working closely with Sales Management, Marketing, Partnership and Value Creation/Pre-Sales consultants.

Candidate profile

• 5+ Enterprise Account Executive experience in MarTech
• Greenfield projects (first on the ground / country launcher
• Value Selling methodology and experience using Salesforce
• Successful track record in Norway, Sweden and Denmark
• Native speaking Norwegian or Swedish or Danish

The offer

•  Base salary: up to DKK 60,000 monthly (€97.000 yearly)
•  OTE: up to DKK 100,000 monthly. Uncapped bonus
