The position
We are looking for a regional (enterprise) sales executive who will oversee sales operations in the Benelux region. Our ideal sales executive has in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
You will be finding new prospects as well as handling leads and opportunities coming from our marketing department. Our customers are mainly midsize enterprises who are looking to enhance their internal and external operations by means of technology.
In this role, you will be helping customers to understand their problems and find technical solutions backed by a team of professionals experienced in Sitecore, Microsoft and Salesforce platforms. We believe in an account-based sales strategy. The candidate's experience in the highly personalized strategic sales prospecting process would be a big plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects aiming for long-term success relying on sales manager’s own network a by searching for new prospect
- Implementing marketing campaigns developed in cooperation with our marketing department
- Maintaining relationships with customers, helping them throughout their journey and after
- Following account-based selling strategy
- Maintaining a complete and accurate database of prospects in Dynamics CRM
- Assisting the marketing department in fine-tuning marketing strategy and collateral based on communication with prospects and customers
- Provide weekly updates on sales, leads, and status of prospective projects
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
Candidate profile
- At least 5 years of experience in selling enterprise-level IT solutions/services is a must
- Dutch and English are a must
- Any technical background is a plus
- Track record of over achievement
- Entrepreneurial and relentless attitude
- Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
