For our client we are looking for a Global Key Accountmanager. Schneider Electric is a global specialist in energy management with operations worldwide and offers solutions across multiple market segments, including oil & gas.

Tasks and responsibilities

Schneider Electric is looking for a Global Key Accountmanager who will develop, manage and implement a global commercial strategy towards a single Global Strategic Account (GSA) and its key supply chain members.
The Key Accountmanager will manage International Account Correspondent (IACs) associated with his or her account worldwide in order to profitably grow the sales of the company's products, solutions and services.
He or she will work with all involved Schneider electric businesses worldwide to ensure consistency of approach and customer satisfaction.

You will be building and implementing annual Strategy-to-Action Account Plans, decide and communicate the account plan strategy. You will also be responsible for the growth of the business through active management of all investment opportunities and projects worldwide. You will construct, deploy and animate global agreements as well as developing and animating an international network.
You will be in charge of creating customer intimacy by building a network of all levels inside the customer's global organization and customer's supply chain. Delivering customer satisfaction, establishing annual revenue targets and providing an updated list of projects and investment possibility as well as installed base. You are also responsible of the consistency of the GSA global sales figures.

Requirements 

A school degree in Engineering and/or Business is preferred. Some years of experience in the technical and oil & gas field and a minimum of 5 years in sales and/or customer operations with major project experience, preferably an international environment (fluent in English, other languages are beneficial). A good understanding of industry-specific problems & technology, a good capacity to listen and knowledge of Schneider Technology scope (ie: electrical distribution, automation, Building Management System, critical power, solutions and services). Good analytical and technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural & matrix environment. Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit-oriented and an extensive traveling capacity.

You have to think strategically, create customer intimacy and sell solutions. Manage, animate and coordinate the IAC network and work in close cooperation with al businesses solutions departments.
