Global Sales & Marketing Director

Position:

In this position, you will be responsible for sales management and business development activities to accomplish the budgeted (financial) objectives. You will be the driving force for innovation and product development. Turnover responsibility is approximately € 400M. Together with regional management, you will roll out the corporate strategic pillars into regional commercial plans. You will establish a satisfactory customer base and conduct high level contract negotiations concerning key global clients. You will have leadership over technical support, regulatory affairs and marketing, and manage the regional sales managers (on a dotted line basis). You will report to the CEO of the Rousselot Group.

Profile:

Your profile will feature an academic or Master degree in agro, food, pharmaceutical, chemistry or nutritional science + MBA. A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience and proven track record in international sales and marketing is required with (natural) raw materials. An authority, a natural leader with a clear global view based on an understanding of the quality and value needs in very different industry markets. A dealmaker, focusing on following the business and achieving ambitious company goals. A basic understanding of Dutch and fluent in English. Willing to be frequently present at the HQ office location and to travel worldwide for approximately 25-30% of the work.
