The position

Tasks & responsibilities

You will join a promising, fast-growing fintech company where your core role will be to help them to conquer the international market. For this role we are looking for a real hunter, a coach, the people who lead the squad and drive things forward

Your role as Head of Business Development is very entrepreneurial and strategic. You will  manage a highly experienced team and collaborate across several departments.

You will be the one who will design the sales strategy and who is moving everybody into the right position. Moreover, you will be coaching and training a team of top performing sales professionals.

Candidate profile

• Track record of 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
• A Master degree
• Experienced in leading a ambitious and experienced team
• You take full ownership and are very strategic in your approach
• A network within the finance industry
