The position
- Lead and develop the Customer Success team to excel in customer engagement and retention.
- Establish and manage KPIs for customer health, product adoption, and satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration across departments to unify customer lifecycle management.
- Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all customer success activities.
- As a Head of Customer Success, you will play a key role in the Customer Success team. You will lead and expand the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to build a team that excels in customer engagement and retention.
- With new and innovative ideas, you will cultivate a culture of collaboration between the Customer Success team and other departments and encourage innovation withing the team to streamline the customer satisfaction.
Candidate profile
- +6 years, including significant roles as a team lead, demonstrating robust leadership and management capabilities.
- Have near-native English language skills (Dutch/German/French/Finnish will be considered a plus)
- Extensive expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Strong data literacy and a data-oriented approach, proficient in analyzing and utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
- Proficient in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation, with a focus on aligning plans with organizational goals and driving business growth.
- Desirable expertise in finance and accounting with a strong grasp of financial principles and regulatory standards.
