The position

• Develop the fuels portfolio (including P&L).
• Empower a team of 5 sales managers.
• Bring the sales organization to the next level.
• Develop spot sales.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a commercial or technical discipline.
• Demonstrated people management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and P&L responsibility.
• Background in the maritime industry. 
• Entrepreneurial, creative thinker, driven, energetic, proactive and result oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch or other languages are seen as a plus.
