The position    

The Benelux team is composed of over 130 people and generates a significant revenue which should continue grow double digit. The Benelux Organization holds a very strong position in the market of Telecommunication, Retail Industry and Financial.

The Benelux Organization is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and is a very ambitious team that is eager to set forward its double digit growth. To further expand their footprint, we are looking for qualified candidates in the Benelux for the position of Manager Analytic Business Consulting Team.

The Manager Analytic Business Consulting Team (“ABC Team Lead”) is an instrumental leader in driving and aggressively growing the practice within the Benelux .

The Benelux ABC Team Lead is part of the Country Leadership Team and therefore reports directly to the Country Manager. He/She will also work in very close collaboration with the WESEMEA Practice Partner for Analytic Business Consulting to whom he/she has a dotted reporting line. 

The Analytic Business Consulting Team Lead is accountable for ensuring close collaboration and strategic alignment with the Benelux  sales and consulting organization.

Tasks & responsibilities

He/she will manage the data science and business consultants team and will be responsible, in close collaboration with the county management and with the WESEMEA practice lead to ensure the optimal team (numbers, profile and skills) is set up  to fulfill Benelux ABC revenue expectation. He/she will be particularly responsible for identify and qualify hiring requirements and skill development path for ABC resources.

Together with his/her team of consultants he/she will actively contribute to identify, qualify, and deliver analytic consulting engagement successfully to the company’s customers. As a team, they will meet and exceed revenue demands targets for this line of service. The Team Lead is accountable for the Benelux ABC to meet all requirement in creating, capturing and replicating IP within country and share with the region in cooperation with the Knowledge Management function and processes, which is a key focus of ABC.

The ABC team lead is also expected to be recognized as a trusted advisor to the company’s clients, and to foster an innovative environment for creating and delivering solutions to complex problems. This includes providing thought leadership and mentoring to clients, as well as to the practice.

While the Analytic Business Consulting services as such are technology agnostic, the realization of these will drive infrastructure usage and provide synergies with other company’s services across the company’s ecosystem including Cloud, On Premise, Software Only, and Open Source.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressively establish, grow and develop the practice, to exceed assigned revenue target.
• Lead the Benelux team of Business Consultants and Data Scientists as an integrated practice. Talent development, career development, and mentoring for the team members
• Secure full and continuous alignment of ABC practice team with the Benelux sales and consulting organizations whether in presales and delivery. 
• Together with the Benelux country Management, manage profitability and utilization of the Analytic Business Consulting practice and ensure focus on strategic accounts. 
• Execute of go-to-market (“GTM”) plan in line with the area GTM strategy
• Play advisory role to senior client business leaders in the targeted industry sectors
• Deliver high level consulting assignment according to his/her specific skills and qualification 
• Together with the ABC team, creates, capture and share replicable IP according to guidelines

Candidate profile

Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Excellent client senior level relationship building capability
• Proven track record of business development and delivery on revenue targets
• Experience in launching, and executing successful initiatives
• Powerful verbal, written, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with leading and motivating cross functional teams
• Experience facilitating high level client meetings and overseeing a portfolio of projects
• A thought leader for analytical services and solutions, understanding market trends and technologies
• Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude

Education

• Qualified to degree level or professional equivalent is required; M.B.A. or Master’s in a relevant discipline from a top University strongly preferred
