A new position has become available at Ridder for a Proposition Manager.

Tasks & responsibilities

In this new role within Ridder you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Conduct market and competitors analysis to identify succesful product-market combinations
• Drive new product launches
• Research customer needs to optimize product propositions
• Contribute to portfolio strategy to meet the customer needs
• Manage the go-to-market strategy and process
• Collaborate with the sales team on refining the pricing strategy
• Consult with intern and extern stakeholders
• Plan and implement new value proposition strategies
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches
• Proactively investigate new industry trends
• Manage external commercial partners
• You report to the CCO

Candidate profile

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Product Marketing role – managing the full product lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategies
• Experience (or strong interest) in the agricultural technology industry
• Prior experience with technical products
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude
• Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders at different levels
• You are a good listener, connecting people and self-starting
