We are searching for an experienced Sales Account Manager who can be based in Austria, Switzerland, Southern Germany, Poland or the Netherlands. The Sales Account Manager should have an engineering qualification and strong sales experience in the manufacturing, energy or associated sectors.
Location: Austria, Switzerland, Southern Germany, Poland or the Netherlands
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Sell software products and services
  • Build and execute account plans incorporating fundamental enterprise software sales strategies to deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Leverage global and local partner relationships that can positively influence the purchase of products and services
  • Provide assistance to the sales team and Enterprise sales executives related to global accounts that may exist in the territory
  • Develop and maintain a sufficient knowledge of the industries, the trends and issues to effectively align and apply technologies to meet customer's business goals
 
Requirements:
 
  • Advanced degree required, preferably in Engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of proven direct sales and business development experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Needs to be excellent communicator capable of maintaining relationships with existing accounts while also generating new business
  • Must be customer-focused, willing to learn
  • Motivated by results and ultimately long-term customer satisfaction
