In 2021, the company introduces an entirely new SaaS offering to the market, and as such, we are looking for the best experts in fintech, banking and cloud technology.

The position

We are looking for a Sales Director that is an expert in analyzing and spotting opportunities in the market. She/he will focus on identifying and converting new business at new customers, engage with key executives and create qualified leads. Moreover, she/he is able to manage complex software sales cycles, negotiate pricing and close contracts. The Sales Director has experience in the sales of SaaS in the financial services market.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this job is an authentic, energetic and confident Sales Director with a can-do mentality.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of enterprise solution sales experience with digital or core banking technology. Alternatively, complex SAAS enterprise consultative software;
  • 10+ years of proven business development and strategic selling to C-level decision-makers;
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise software deals; consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals;
  • Experience in developing value propositions with customers and exemplary knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics and tools;
  • Persuasive and effective written and verbal communications skills, along with strong analytical skills;
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement to C-Level, and across IT and business units;
  • An individual with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit. Possesses excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, time management, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, positive, and team-oriented environment;
  • Ability to travel occasionally;
  • Work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant study is required.
