The position
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Director Benelux. The primary role of this position is to bring the customer value and successfully make a win-win situation on behalf of the clients and Wayzim.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle sales and distribution within a given geography.
- Design, develop and implement sales cookbooks, targets, and plans.
- Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales and customer services operational issues, and measures results against business plans and past forecasts.
- Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth.
- Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customer by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts
- Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle.
- In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for developing, managing and enhancing pricing data and strategy.
- Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Compile and examine revenue data, assesses territories and tracks trends.
- Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales.
- Analyze past and present revenue data of the organization and forecasts future sales.
Candidate profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience.
- Experience in automation machinery industry is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in integrating talent development.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven success in a challenging Sales or Marketing role.
- Collaboration skills.
- High capacity for work and engagement.
- Career long learner.
- Creates solutions to issues that do not have a precedent.
- Cross functional experience (preferred).
- Cross-culture sensitive, experience with Chinese company is a plus.
