Our international client in the field of high tech consumer electronics products for life cycle is seeking for an experienced Sales Director EMEA New Business Development. Their offices are located worldwide in different locations. The job Sales Director EMEA New Business Development is located on the following locations: Amsterdam / Schiphol and London, also depending on your experience, skills and personal preferences.    

Sales Director Business Development - EMEA

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to help realize the growth ambitions through new business development in the End to End After Market Service solutions in the Electronics market segment. The Director, Business Development must have pedigreein strong commercial acumen, consultative solution selling, be entrepreneurial in nature and be an excellent relationship builder. Reporting into the VP Sales and Account Management, this candidate should be of the highest integrity and respected within the industry by his / her peers.


Job Description Essentials
Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing a new logo sales Pipeline of in excess of Euro 10 Million each year
  • Nurture and develop long-term relationships with key Customer decision makers up to C Level across multiple cultures and geographies
  • Through thought leadership develop innovative and industry leading solutions to differentiate the client from the competitors
  • Influence clients regional and global go-to-market strategies through individual market intelligence  gathering and cross functional team collusion
  • Develop business cases (with support from Sales Operations) on target accounts in preparation for the client executive level reviews and updates
  • Establish and pilot partnership initiatives aimed to grow clients business and solutions portfolio
  • Monitor and communicate latest market and competitor intelligence & trends to aid in fine-tuning clients strategy to the General Leadership Team
  • Able to sell services on multiple commodities through our 3C’s; Consumer Electronics, Computers and Communication
  • Minimum of 10+ years proven Sales Experience in the End to End After Market Services segment for Electronics
  • Proven experience targeting and closing profitable Euro 10 Million annual billable service revenue at Tier 1 and Tier 2
  • Proven Solution selling mindset and demonstration of though leadership
  • Extensive untainted executive level network within 3C industry
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • To be a social chameleon
  • Multicultural / multi-geography business experience
  • Navigation without fear at C level
  • High mobility and business travel availability
  • High level of personal motivation & drive and glass half full attitude to life

Required Skills
Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent, MBA degree from respected institution preferred.
