The position

Interesting! What will be my role?

As a Sales Director, you are the powerhouse behind driving growth and profitability, ensuring that all departments and teams are aligned. You hunt down new opportunities and seal deals. Also, you keep an eye on the financial side of things and make sure the organisation is making enough while keeping costs in check. Basically, you will be our eyes and ears in the market, figuring out where to grow and how to get there!

It's not just about numbers in your role! You will be building and leading a kick-ass team, keeping everyone motivated and working together. Besides, you connect with important people in the region. This way, you make sure the company is always on the radar! Lastly, you will be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly on the ground. From projects to customer support, you name it and you do it!

Candidate profile

I want this! But what do they need from me?

Your skills are locked and loaded! You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar. You know where you are talking about, and you are not shy to show your track record in a previous Commercial Leadership position, withing the EV charging industry or a related sector.

You are a pro in handling business, mastering P&L management, strategic planning and budgeting. Regulations, customer needs and the competitive landscape are all part of your domain. Smooth communication and negotiation skills come naturally to you, and you are a born-leader. Being adaptable is your middle name, and you navigate between Dutch, German and English effortless.
