De functie
Manager for the indirect sales team, will be responsible for strategic objective-setting, implementation of resulting strategies and follow-through based upon set business goals. Examine win/loss analyses to learn more about the effectiveness of sales and customer growth investments. The Sales Director will be expected to work in partnership with the marketing and new business sales respectively with regards to pipeline creation and management, and collaborative sales initiative. Will also contribute to EMEA wide sales best practices forums. Concentrating on providing direct support and coaching to the sales team.

De eisen
• Bachelors degree in business or related field
• Proven sales track experience, including significant sales management experience in a Channel environment
• Bbackground in technology software or applications like (BI, ERP, SCM)
• Demonstrated success in high value, business to business, solution selling
• Strong awareness of the drivers in sales processes for channel accounts
• First class communication skills
• Experienced at identifying market opportunities
• Strong knowledge and experience with CRM and other desktop productivity software
• Collaborative and coaching management style
• A strong leader able to motivate and develop a team

De arbeidsvoorwaarden
Salary €130.000 - €150.000
Excellent remuneration package
