The position

Our client is looking for an ambitious Sales Director to join their growing team.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for signing new logo’s and achieve year-over-year accelerated growth. This means that you will be responsible for building and managing a sales funnel from end-to-end. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and executing the GTM strategy for this company in the Netherlands.

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Qualifying, managing, progressing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop a robust pipeline through sourcing of new business opportunities and expansions (cold calling, lead generation and networking).
  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with C-level executives/ decision makers.
  • Close collaboration with Strategy consultants, delivery consultants and other departments to bring in new partners and sell the value of the company
  • Hit ambitious sales quotas in line with the goals set by the team, manager and organization.

Candidate profile

  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales environment (Enterprise level) selling services in the IT technology area
  • Consulting or agency background with a network in the blue-chip domain.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise IT concepts and technology. 
  • Enhanced communication skills with the ability to negotiate to C-suite executives.
  • Thinking like an entrepreneur with a strong drive for success and the desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
