De functie

The Sales Manager Benelux reports to the Sales Manager Northern Europe. The Sales Manager Benelux is responsible for the development, promotion and realisation of the sales and marketing strategy to encourage sales growth of the products and services in the European Consumer business segments in order to reach and exceed revenue and sales objectives for the region. Also responsible for increasing market share by cultivating relationships and winning new partners.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager Benelux:

  • Manage portfolio of and build relationships with partner channel and end users in order to exceed revenue and sales objectives.
  • Support partners with issues including, but not limited to marketing, pricing and products and projects.
  • Monitor market, propose pricing and business models for current and potential customers.
  • Identify new partners, channels and opportunities. Draw tenders, quotations and negotiate at high decision level. Negotiate and close contracts and analyse sales patterns and market growth to enable targeted sales and marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Take responsibility for business planning by compiling business data for each B2C account in coordination with the peers and with Sales Management.
  • Contribute to the weekly forecasting in close collaboration with Sales Management. At times stand/in at weekly sales meetings.
  • Participate in fairs/exhibitions/seminars to promote the organisation with a view to increasing sales and winning new businesses with new clients.

De eisen

The organisation is looking for an experienced sales manager with proven experience in the B2C software market. The candidate must have exceeded target for several years.

Profile of the candidate:

  • Masters degree in IT, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Five years business to consumer software solution sales experience, selling into large accounts.
  • Ability to work at varying customer levels with a view to identifying and uncovering multiple business opportunities through sound business relationships at both top and departmental levels.
  • Strong personality (proactive, persuasive, self confident and professional).
  • Fluent in English.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden

€ 120.000 - € 140.000 On Target.
The salary package depends on experience and past experience.
