As a Mid-Market Sales Manager you are self-driven, a direct contributor and responsible for revenue growth for the DACH region. This role is crucial for the company’s global growth plans, and your responsibilities will keep growing as you grow and overperform.
Tasks & responsibilities
What we expect from the Mid-Market Sales Manager
- An Amazing Leader. You lead by example, and drive sales
- A Missionary. You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency. You go beyond theory to make things happen and will dive in the company mission and be a true ambassador of the company
- Experienced. At least 3 years experience in SaaS sales
- Domain Expert. You have experience in building and leading [SaaS] Sales teams. Bachelor's Degree a requirement
- High Performer. Proven of consistent overachievement of the team selling a technical product
- Excellent Communicator. You know what to say, how and when to say it and are able to join C level meeting and be able to read between the lines to truly get
- GoGetter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; selfdirected and resourceful
