AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is actively looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager UK – private label & Retail for one of our clients. This ambitious global producer is looking to strengthen its position in the United Kingdom.

The position

The Sales Manager UK – private label & Retail must have a strong track record within the Retail sector, have experience with private label products and know how to become a key player in the retail UK sector.

You have to pioneer and manage current clients, but also focus on business development for new and strong relations. You will be responsible to setup new programs with retailers, connect with board members internally and externally and know how to connect people within a matrix organization.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible develop new and stronger relations within the United Kingdom
• Develop the UK Sales Plan – Private Label
• Builds a strong Supply Chain towards the UK
• You have the responsibility for multiple Key clients in the UK
• Build strong internal relations within matrix organization
• Reports to the CCO of Europe

Candidate profile

• Bachelor degree  
• Minimum of 8+ years as Sales Manager
• Actual and strong knowledge off/ Network within the Private label & Retail sector is a must
• Worked within a matrix organization/ structure is a must
• Willing to travel 30% of the time (after corona),
• You are a pioneer and entrepreneurial
• Living within or moving towards the London (UK) is mandatory
• English must be your native language
