The position
As a Senior Product Manager for Loyatly, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of travel. You will need to ensure every customer who uses our platform has an unforgettable journey from the moment they book until they return home.
If you’re ready to make a real impact, you must collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams. You’ll architect seamless customer experiences, optimising email flows, self-serve options, customer reviews, and more. You will be the mastermind behind driving revenue growth, leveraging every post-booking interaction to increase order value and referrals.
Candidate profile
- Track record of driving sales for large-scale e-commerce companies or marketplaces as a Product Manager
- An innate curiosity and passion for solving user problems at scale
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn business strategy into tangible product vision and strategy
- Juggle priorities with ease and take ownership of initiatives
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and innovation are critical
- Master communicator, able to collaborate effectively across remote teams and drive results
- Technical know-how to work seamlessly with development teams, ensuring their product is always ahead of the curve
