Senior Sales Manager

The organization

Our client is a professional organisation, based in the Netherlands. It is one of the major players within the of medical devices industry both within the Netherlands as abroad.

The position

In this Sales Management position, your main responsibility will be leading the group with Sales Reps, Product Specialists and Technical Consultants. You will set up, implement and manage strategic targets and directions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for on-the-job coaching, tender and KOL management and define the sales plan for the Netherlands.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor/Master degree
• At least five years of experience within the medical devices
• You consider yourself as a very strong people manager
• Experienced within tender management
• Native Dutch, fluent English
