The position

As the Solutions Engineer, you will take the lead in the pre-sales cycle, acting as the beacon of technical knowledge for (prospective) clients, where you will be able to showcase your prowess in both commercial and technical skills, acting as both the bridge and translator between business and product. You can look forward to delving into your clients’ architecture, qualifying their technical requirements, and consulting with them on the roadmap for the projects, performing technical demos, and proof of concepts.

Owing to the many industries that rely on this company’s software, sales cycles can become pretty complex, ranging anywhere from between 3 months and 2 years, depending on your clientele! You will be guided through navigating this complex sales landscape through a tailored onboarding process, that, depending on your preferred way of learning, can take anywhere from 1 – 3 months!
Candidate profile
- 3 – 5 years of relevant (SaaS pre-sales) experience
- High fluency in German (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with webstacks (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and APIs
- Experience in a similar field (Communications, HRTech, Enterprise Software, CRM etc) is a huge plus!
