Job description:
The System Integrators are very strategic to the organization and a key element for sustainable success. You need to embrace this strategy and become the Benelux region’s main SI champion.
The Strategic Alliance Manager is responsible for the defined key SI’s in the Benelux and the sales to and through them. This is a balancing act between educating the relevant people within the SI’s for the long haul and ensuring revenue targets are achieved in the short and midterm.
Day to day opportunity and pipeline management is critical as well as accurate forecasting of business on a weekly basis.
This opportunity is ideal for those with exceptional influencing skills, ability to communicate on all levels and demonstrate a positive attitude and high energy to achieve maximum results.
Specific accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a SI business plan for the Benelux region in order to build and manage a route to market which will meet the Benelux revenue and growth targets.
- Identify the key 20% of SI’s that will deliver 80% of the region’s revenues. Develop strategic relationships with them and ensure software products are embedded in the SI’s standard offering.
- Enable and up-skill the SI’s so that they are capable of designing and implementing software solutions in their offerings.
- Identify opportunities as part of the SI/SO sell to strategy, and follow up on them.
- For the sell through it is important to identify opportunities, and follow up on them.
- Sell through needs to be aligned with the channel program.
- Achieve on quota’s set for the SI’s in the region.
- Provide a weekly forecast of business which will be rolled in to the Channel and Benelux forecasts.
Job requirements:
- College or university degree.
- Deep knowledge of how the System Integrators operate across the Benelux Region.
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in a System Integrator Environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue together and through System Integrators, whilst carrying a personal target.
- Experience in prospecting new customers.
- Experience with matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of the Citrix, VMware, and/or Microsoft System Center channel is highly desirable.
