A dynamic and fast-growing company, brings to market a SaaS-based Marketing Automation solution in helping companies communicate more effectively and with greater efficiency through innovation.

Position
The Vice President Sales will build the business and sales organisation in the EMEA market. The focus in the beginning will be on personally attracting and winning a limited number (25) of big companies as “ lighthouse” accounts and first focused on the Benelux market. From there built the business in other countries in the EMEA market. As the company grows the candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing country (sales) managers per country and building together with them the sales teams. The VP Sales EMEA will directly report to the General Manager –and will be part of the Management Team.
Requirements
- BA/MA education in Business, Marketing or IT;
- Experience with Marketing Automation/SAAS solutions;
- Well-developed network in the Enterprise environment;
- Proven track record as a hands-on sales manager with the ability to close deals by him/herself;
- The potential or preferably the experience to build up strong sales teams and channel organization in the future;
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience, developing and implementing strategy within similar organizations;
- Experience or a good understanding of the new developments in the (direct) marketing environment;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Preferably start up experience;
- Experience in marketing and selling a SAAS based solution;
- Internationally experienced;
- Willingness to travel.
