For the position VP Global Account High-tech, we are looking for an experienced management consultant at VP-level.
 
As VP Global Account High-tech, you will have the following profile:
 
  • Long consulting experience and network at CxO (-1) level at a multinational high-tech company.
  • Successfully acquired and supervised major consulting assignments.
  • A known authority in the field and able to generate new leads and assignments from your network in a continuous flow.
  • A clear vision of the current and future challenges within the high-tech industry.
  • Expertise in strategic/C-level advice on typical issues within the high-tech industry.
  • Ability to translate issues/opportunities into concrete consultancy assignments (transformation, implementation).
  • Ability to build a new network and expand existing relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to mobilise team and stakeholders around key opportunities.
  • Apply team selling and build the commercial skills of the team.
  • Affinity with information technology and the ideas of Digital Transformation.
Generic job Responsibilities:
 
  • Development and expansion of external relations;
  • Acquiring and managing large consultancy assignments;
  • Strategic Advisor at C-level/Boardroom.
 
Job requirements:
 
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of work experience, of which a considerable part as Consultant with (international) experience;
  • University education;
  • Successful track record in the acquisition of team projects (€2 to 4 mil per year);
  • Expert knowledge of issues and trends in the high-tech market;
  • Broad network at CxO level at a multinational high-tech company;
  • Ability to expand existing relations and to build new network;
  • Affinity with IT and the ideas of Digital Transformation;
  • An innovative thinker with ability to realise new solutions for the market;
  • Energy and drive.
