VP of Customer Success

The organisation

We have been asked by one of our PE-backed HR-tech clients to help them find an experienced yet ambitious VP of Customer Success. They are with +/- 300 FTE and a leader within their category.

The position

Your mission

• Build a strong and impactful CS strategy and lay the foundation for the coming years.
• Create a plan to get the NRR back to 100%
• Take the CSM department to the next level commercially.
• Oversee the complete post-sales organization (30+ FTE and 3 direct rapports, Onboarding, CS, and Support)
• lead and align your post-sales team in all regions and have a substantial impact on the company’s growth and expansion for the coming years.

Candidate profile

Your background (must have)

• Great track record as VP of Customer Success for SMB and Enterprise Customers
• Expertise in creating and implementing commercial and high-velocity post-sales strategies within a scale-up environment.
• Great people and organization alignment skills
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to translate it internally.
