Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer

The position

In this broad and challenging role you will be the point of contact in Europe with regards to all E&I related matters. You will conduct and lead high quality E&I engineering, from developing and improving existing instrumentation to developing and applying new innovative instrumentation concepts.

Tasks & responsibilities

You will support both larger capital projects as well as provide E&I expertise to continuously improve our manufacturing plants. This dynamic position provides sufficient possibility to develop your knowledge and grow your expertise as an authority in your work-field. E.g. attending trade fairs, seminars, workshops and participate in the international Engineering Expert Network. In addition, you will develop appropriate work methods and best practices, which you will document as standards. You will be part of the Global Projects & Engineering team and report to the Director of Engineering.

Candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics, and substantial relevant professional experience in the process industry or engineering consultancy. Given the nature of the position, candidates must naturally also have a proven track record in the field of E&I.
