Tasks & Responsiblities
- Improve business results significantly by applying knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma to ensure optimal execution of programs/projects. Provide training and coaching of Lean Six Sigma
- Lead complex (interdisciplinary) improvement projects: Development and maintenance of the project plan
- Effectively communicate with everyone involved in the project and ensure alignment among the project team and stakeholders during the project (getting the right people for determining together the most optimal solution)
- Motivate, support and direct project team members, and inspire teamwork
- Implement change on C-level up to productivity increase of operational or transactional process
- Projects focused on supply chain, production efficiency, quality and new business
Candidate profile
- Master degree (or Bachelor+) in Industrial Engineering or similar background
- Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
- 4-6 years experience in applying Lean Six Sigma, preferably in production and or supply Chain Environment
- Energetic, driven
