The position

Global TPE Competence Owner: responsible for global TPE competence development aligned across the Ampleon R&D sites in Nijmegen, Toulouse and Shanghai, and together with the Ampleon Manufacturing Plant in the Phillipines; improve working methods and efficiency across all Ampleon sites.

• Nijmegen TPE Group Leader: coaching, appraisal, career guidance and personal development of the overall TPE group in Nijmegen for ~35 FTE; drives development of different TPE domains to meet current program and future road map requirements
• Product Creation: optimal product test strategy and industrialization together with AMP manufacturing teams, extending to new frequency bands and applications; verification, validation and qualification of new products in the customer and enabling technology programs
• Product Sustaining: drives and improves electrical yield of Ampleon products; plays a key role in resolving product performance and test coverage after release; drives 8D teams to introduce and embed improvements in the organization
• Test and Characterization Lab Infrastructure: maintains and upgrades the Nijmegen R&D measurement labs for the current and future product portfolios; ensures the Nijmegen industrial test development platforms are aligned with the AMP manufacturing infrastructure for rapid time-to-market introduction

Candidate profile

• 10+ experience with RF products in either design, test or characterization
• Experience as a group/team or project leader
• Experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes
• Experience in product development is a pro
• Fluent in English, both in reading and writing
• Experienced in interfacing with customers
• Excellent drive for results
• Team player
• Strong communication skills, good listener
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
